Services

PulseForce provides website design, development, hosting, and ongoing maintenance for local businesses. Our standard offering includes:

• Custom website design and development
• Domain setup and configuration
• Secure hosting with SSL certificate
• Monthly maintenance as described below

Pricing and Payment

Setup Fee. A one-time setup fee of $500 is due at the time of purchase. This covers website design, development, and initial deployment.

Monthly Maintenance. A recurring fee of $199 per month covers hosting, security, uptime monitoring, and content updates as described in the Maintenance section below. Your first monthly payment is collected with the setup fee. Subsequent payments are billed automatically on the same date each month via Stripe.

Failed Payments. If a monthly payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 3 business days. If payment cannot be collected after two attempts, your website may be taken offline until the balance is resolved.

No Refunds on Setup Fees. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun on your website. If your site has not yet been deployed, we will issue a refund upon request.

Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel mid-month, your site remains active through the end of the paid period.

Maintenance and Updates

Your monthly plan includes:

• Website hosting with 99.9% target uptime
• SSL certificate maintenance
• Up to 2 content update requests per month
• Performance monitoring and security patches

What counts as a content update. A content update is any minor change to existing content that takes approximately 15 minutes or less to complete. Examples include updating a phone number, changing business hours, adding or removing a service from your services list, updating a tagline, or swapping a photo that you provide.

What is not included. New page creation, full design or layout changes, photo gallery or portfolio sections, blog setup, complete rebranding (new colors, new logo), or any work requiring more than 15 minutes of development time. These are available as add-on services at a rate of $75 per hour, quoted in advance before any work begins.

Unused updates do not roll over. If you do not request any updates in a given month, those updates do not carry forward to the next month.

Response time. Update requests are completed within 2–3 business days. We do not guarantee same-day turnaround on update requests. Priority or expedited requests may be available as an add-on.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Your content. You retain ownership of all content you provide to us, including your business name, logo, photos, and written copy. You represent that you have the right to use all content you provide.

Website code. The website code and design created by PulseForce remain the intellectual property of PulseForce while your account is active. Upon full payment of all outstanding balances and a written request, we will transfer ownership of the website code to you.

Third-party assets. Your website may include third-party resources such as stock photos, fonts, and icons that are subject to their own license terms. We will only use resources that are properly licensed for commercial use.

Domain Names

If you provide an existing domain, you retain full ownership. We will configure it to point to your hosted website.

If we register a new domain on your behalf, we will register it in your name. You own the domain. Any domain registration fees are included in the setup fee for the first year. Subsequent renewal fees are your responsibility or may be billed separately.

Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly maintenance plan at any time with 30 days written notice via email. Upon cancellation:

• Your website will be taken offline at the end of the current paid billing period.
• We will provide a copy of your website files upon request within 30 days of cancellation.
• We are not responsible for migrating your site to another hosting provider, though we may offer this as a paid service.

We reserve the right to cancel your service with 30 days notice if your account has an outstanding balance for more than 60 days.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use your website to:

• Distribute illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws

We reserve the right to take your website offline if it is used in violation of these terms, with notice provided to you as soon as reasonably possible.

Limitation of Liability

PulseForce provides web design and hosting services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Loss of business or revenue due to website downtime
• Data loss resulting from hosting failures, provided we maintain reasonable backups
• Third-party service outages (domain registrars, CDN providers, payment processors)
• Content accuracy — you are responsible for the accuracy of the information displayed on your site

Our total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the total amount you have paid to PulseForce in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Decatur County, Indiana.
