• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe collects and processes your payment information under their own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).
• Vercel — Website hosting. Vercel hosts your website and may collect server logs including IP addresses of visitors to your site.
• Google Workspace — Email and business communication.
• Google Fonts — Typography on websites we build. Google Fonts may collect IP addresses of visitors to your site per Google's privacy policy.

We only share the minimum information necessary for these services to function. We do not share your information with any other third parties unless required by law.

Websites We Build for You

When we build a website for your business, that website may collect basic visitor information such as IP addresses through standard server logs maintained by our hosting provider. We do not add tracking scripts, analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party cookies to client websites unless you specifically request them.

If you request the addition of analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), those services operate under their own privacy policies and you are responsible for disclosing their use to your website visitors.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and website files for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation:

• We will provide a copy of your website files within 30 days upon request.
• We will delete your website files from our hosting infrastructure within 90 days of cancellation.
• Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
• Email communications are retained for up to 2 years for business records purposes.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:

• Secure hosting with SSL encryption on all websites
• Payment processing handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure
• Access to client accounts limited to authorized PulseForce personnel

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your personal information (subject to our legal retention obligations)
• Receive a copy of your website files upon request

Children's Privacy
